Terms of Service

Disclaimer

  • These terms of service are for non-profit personal use projects only.

  • Please read the following carefully before ordering.

  • By commissioning me you automatically agree that you have read my terms of service and state that it is a binding contract.

  • These terms of service are subject to change at any time.

  • If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

General Terms

  • I have the right to refuse a commission at any point without giving a reason.

  • The client must have the means to purchase before ordering, please be responsible.

  • Rude/inappropriate/aggressive/abusive behaviour will not be tolerated, and will result in immediate cancellation of your commission and communication.

  • The commissioned piece is a digital good only. No physical copy will be provided.

  • I do not support NFT-s, and so I do not allow my artwork, commissioned or not, to be used for NFTs, If you do so then you will be permanently blacklisted.


Payment

  • I accept payment through Paypal.

  • Orders are paid in Euro.

  • Commissions must be payed in full up front before work begins (unless a payment plan is agreed upon with the artist).

  • The prices displayed are only a general base line and may change depending on the complexity of the artwork.

  • Payment plans are available on commissions Euro 150+.

  • The artist will send an invoice to the client, either through Paypal or other.

  • The client must pay by the specified due date on the invoice.

  • Once a payment is made, the client’s order will be placed in the queue.

  • If the client fails to respond with payment within 2 days of the payment request, you lose your commission slot.


Extra Fees

  • The character or prompt is very complicated. [50%]

  • Having no visual reference. [50%]

  • Extra characters (fee is based on the complexity of each extra character.) [50%]

  • Backgrounds (based on complexity) [simple-50%, middle-100%, complex-150%]

  • The commission is requested to be completed within a short deadline. [50%]

  • The commission is requested to be private. [50%]

  • More than one major correction round before the rendering phase is requested (such as complete re-sketches).[50%]

  • Commercial use [100% or above]


Copyright & Usage

Artist

  • I have the right to refuse a commission at any point without giving a reason

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I won't claim the intellectual property or reuse/resell your project/design for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications.

Client

  • Has the right to distribute the commissioned artwork in digital form (such as on social media and online galleries) for non-profit personal use only.

  • The client should credit the Artist when posting the commission online.

  • The client may create merchandise with their commission for PERSONAL use only.

  • The client may not trace, edit, sell, or claim credit for the artist’s work or designs.

  • The client may not remove the artist’s watermark / signature from any pieces.

  • The client may not profit from the commissioned artwork or it’s use (in digital or physical format)

  • If the client wishes to use the commissioned artwork for commercial/profit purposes, they will need to purchase the rights to the artwork.


Process & Delivery

  • The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.

  • Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product.


Revisions & Changes

  • Please be precise and decisive when ordering, to reduce the risk of mistakes or changes needed.

  • The client will receive WIPs for each stage: sketch, lines, colour, final render and background render.

  • The artist is responsible for any errors from failing to follow the client’s brief, but these must be in written form and agreed upon before payment is made.

  • The artist is not responsible for revising anything that is outside the brief and after payment is made. This includes additions / details that the client forgot about, or any change of mind by the client.

  • If the client decides they are not satisfied by the outcome from the original brief, it is not the artist’s responsibility. The client is given plenty of opportunities for feedback and changes in various WIP stages.
